When will I see my points on my account?

It may take up to 48 hours for your points to be applied to your account. Items that are purchased on back order won't have their points reflected until they ship to you.

How do I redeem my rewards?

My reward certificate was only for $50 but I should have received more, where's the rest?

The current maximum Reward Level is 1,000 Points (1,000 Points = $50 Reward Certificate) per billing cycle. You'll receive the balance of your reward on your next statement.

The more cards you have, the more rewards you can earn. Remember you earn points for purchases made at each of our brands, but your reward certificate is for the brand that issued your credit card. Multiple cards means (potentially) more rewards.
