HOW MANY POINTS DO I EARN WITH MY CARD?

When you use your BrylaneHome Platinum Credit Card to make a purchase, you will earn 15 points for every $1 spent on your card, at the Silver Tier (accumulate 0-3,499 points). You can earn on eligible purchases on brylanehome.com or any of our family of brands websites.

HOW CAN I SEE MY POINTS BALANCE?

You can view your points balance by logging in to your BrylaneHome Online Account and navigating to the My Account section. Once there, choose the option for Rewards to view your rewards balance, history, and any reward certificates you may have earned.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE POINTS TO APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT?

Points are pending at the time your items are shipped from our warehouse. Your points will appear in your Rewards account 30 days after your items have shipped. Therefore, if a single order has multiple shipments, points will appear in your account 30 days after each shipment.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY REWARD CERTIFICATES?

Once a Reward Certificate has been earned, you will receive an email notification with your certificate number. You can also view all your Reward Certificates in one place by logging into your BrylaneHome Online Account and navigating to the Rewards section in My Account.

WILL I STILL RECEIVE REWARD CERTIFICATES ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?

As of November 5th, 2025, Reward Certificates will no longer appear on your BrylaneHome Platinum Credit Card statement. Instead, you can view all your rewards in one convenient place by logging in to your BrylaneHome Online Account and navigating to the Rewards section of My Account.

WHAT HAPPENED TO ANY REWARD POINT BALANCE OR REWARD CERTIFICATE WITH COMENITY BANK?

Any existing, unredeemed Reward Certificates from Comenity Bank will be usable through the expiration date of the individual certificate.
On November 4th, 2025, Comenity Bank will issue reward certificates to cardholders with 200 points. Any outstanding points will be transitioned to the new BrylaneHome Rewards Program (also known as the FullBeauty VIP Rewards Program) no later than January 31st,2026. Check the Rewards section of your online account for points balance by logging in to your BrylaneHome Online Account.
