Reward certificates will be automatically mailed on your monthly billing statement. If you previously would not have received in a statement in the month you earned your reward - no worries you'll still receive a statement even though you won't have a balance due.

The current maximum Reward Level is 1,000 Points (1,000 Points = $50 Reward Certificate) per billing cycle. You'll receive the balance of your reward on your next statement.
