The AeroPilates Reformer 651 includes a large AeroPilates stand to raise it off the ground, Cardio Rebounder, furry hand and foot straps and a padded, 20-inch wide platform. And like all of our reformers, the adjustable headrest, high-density shoulder pads and padded foot bar are also included. It also includes the new Primer Plus DVD. The four cords allow you to achieve your desired level of resistance, making your workout as intense as you would like. The Primer Plus workout DVD includes basic information and beginner workouts, which makes this reformer ideal for anyone beginning AeroPilates. But even if you’re a seasoned practitioner, this reformer’s upgrades and included accessories make it a sound investment. In addition to the DVD, this package also comes with a wallchart.
