  1. If you're having any problems paying your BrylaneHome® Platinum Credit Card bill online, would like to request a credit limit increase, or need your account number please contact 1-888-621-3809 or visit our credit website.
  2. Did you forget to add something to your order? Our ordering system works to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We are unable to process changes to an order once it has been submitted. If you'd like to add to an existing order we encourage you place a new order.
  3. Did you forget to add your promotional discount code? Discounted totals are calculated when an order is submitted for processing. (Free gifts are also processed during this time.) We encourage you to use your promotional code on any future order prior to the expiration date. *Promotional codes should be entered in the "Promotion Code" box located in the Shopping Cart.*

  6. Do you need to return an item? Return address and instructions for our products may vary. Please log into our Return Center to view return address and instructions specific to the item(s) you'd like to return.
