      I WAS SO LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING THIS FOR THE HOLIDAYS AS A GIFT, MY HUSBAND BOUGHT IT FOR ME, I JUST LOVE IT, CLEANING IT IS A BIT ANNOYING, AND THE BIG DISADVANTAGE I HAVE WITH THIS IS THAT YOU HAVE TO UNPLUG IT TO TURN OFF, I GUESS IT IS GOOD IN A WAY. OVERALL, IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT! PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY IS GREAT ON A PANINI!!!

      I like it....but it should have an on/off switch instead of just a plug in. Little hard to clean trying to wipe all particles out of grooves.... Plate should be removable. Otherwise, it does the job! Thank you!

        Light weight, yet sturdy. Heats evenly and the floating hinge makes it perfect for any food you're preparing. I like it best for panini sandwiches, but grilling veggies is a breeze, as well as burgers, steak, & chops.

              We use it for weekend suppers. It heats and cooks quickly. Hamburgers are very flavorful and juicy yet much of the grease is eliminated. Would like if grills were removable for cleaning but not a big deterent. Would definitely recommend it for the price.

                Great new tool to grill quickly without the hassles of BBQ. I use mine for cooking hamburgers and many other meats. Grilled cheese are easy to make too.
                Only complaint is that is that you cannot take it apart to clean it. So its a little tricky for cleaning but worth it in the long run. ENJOY!
