It works like it said it would. Great steam. Clothes come out crisp and a great fresh look. I like the heaveyness because it less time ironing. The self cleaner is a great plus.

I love the weight of this iron, I'm a quilter and am very happy with how well it gets wrinkles out of fabric since I pre-wash all fabric. It also is great at pressing seams flat. The problem is that the auto shut-off button is on the handle where I hold the iron. At first, I thought the iron was just shutting itself off too quickly due to the auto shut-off feature. Then, I realized while ironing I accidentally shut the iron off at times since the button is right where my hand has to go to iron. Must have been designed by someone that did not realize people have to hold an iron to use it.

I love the Shark Iron. It is everything they say it is. Steam galore, easy instructions,a little heavy to help speed ironning. That mountain of clothes in myroom is dissapating. Probably the last iron I will purchase.

I ordered this shark from Brylane and loved it. My first one. It lasted a couple of years and I loved everything about it. It was dropped a couple of times and it kept on working perfectly. I was about to order another one from Brylane, when my husband told me that our local box store had the same iron for [$]. I bought it about a month ago and I hate this iron. The bottom and side looks like rust, the iron leaks, and it doesn't get as hot as my other one, and it doesn't steam as good. It's going back tomorrow. I'm going to try the box store's iron one more time and if it doesn't work the way my Brylane's iron did, I'll be ordering it from Brylane. The extra money that I would be paying for it will be worth well it.

This iron is great. This is my second time purchasing the Shark. My first one burned out after a year, however,my money was refunded with no problems. I tried cheaper irons,but I had to give in and purchase another Shark.
