    It stays out to encourage me to "get up and exercise". I set small goals to achieve: 5 minutes, 15, then 30 minutes for a great cardio boost and leg toning.

    The movement is not smooth in the beginning, however when you get into rhythmn it "twists" fine.

              What I like about the "Cardio Twister", is that it works out the entire body. That's what I want in a machine. It does it all. I don't even realize that I've been on it for over an hour. It's so much fun & I feel it working every part of my body. I also used my weights & was able to do some upper body exercises. I'm loving this machine.
