these knives are great. they are extremely sharp but they are superb for cutting veggies and thick cuts of meat. I love the spicy red color as well!!! great buy for great price

The knives are very attractive, lightweight having a nice feel to them in holding them, sharp blades and I use them daily. A good buy. They even come in their own sheaths.

I have a set of these knifes and loved them so much I got a set for my son who really loves to cook.We both got great use out of them over the holidays{I HAD to give them to him BEFORE Christmas }as he complained how he did not have a decent knife in his place every time he was over and used my set.

I use these knives every day. I appreciate their sharpness and ease of use. My only con is they feel a wee bit light compared to my more expensive set. I will add that they match up nicely in performance.

Although I just received my order, I have used the smallest and 2nd largest knife and I love them. I hope they retain their sharpness which other brands seem to lose quite quickly. Overall I am pleased with the product.
