                      When you buy a steam table like this, consider its size. It will feed a crowd without drying out the food. It takes a lot of storage room when not in use. It is bulky to clean in a regular kitchen sink. Be sure children will not touch the sterno burners-they are hot and they are an open flame. I love mine, but treat it with respect. No towels or napkins close by that open flame! It is sleek and shiny and not ornate, but that is okay. It can keep food very hot or just lukewarm by adjusting the sternos. It was great to have it this Thanksgiving.
