I've had this just over a week now and I've already made five loaves of bread with it. I started with small loaves to get a feel for what it could do, and, for what it would make.

Splendid! Each leaf has been wonderful, fresh, tasty, and easy to make. These are every bit as wonderful as loaves I've made by hand in the past, without all the hurry up and wait. No more setting a timer and waiting for the bread to rise to punch it down and start over. I don't have to invest several hours of my time to have fresh bread anymore.

I've made French, Table White, Wheat, Challah and am next going to make burger buns I'm thinking. This thing is simply wonderful. I've been considering getting a bread machine for four years now, but so far the only one that came close in terms of features, was a high end, and equally high price Zojirushi. Very well worth the price. If you've never made bread by hand, fear not, this machine is still perfect for you. You follow the simple recipes in terms of materials, put them into the machine in the correct order, press three buttons and walk away.

If you can use a coffee maker, you can use this bread machine. It is even programmable to start hours later. So before you go to bed, program the machine, and your coffee machine and wake up the next morning to a pot of fresh coffee and a loaf of fresh bread. The ultimate in convenience and simplicity! Like having your very own bakery right in the house.

Instructions are very clear. The bread came out so soft and the taste was out of this world compared to my old breadmaker. The crust was crispy and the inside was so tasty and soft. Just the way we like it. I can't wait to make dough in it for calzones and pizza!

The smell of bread baking is sooo great! It gives your house a true "home" feeling. I was overwhelmed when it arrived thinking how hard it was going to be to use but it is incredibly easy and basically does ALL the work for you including the kneading. Set the timer and wake up to hot bread! My biggest problem was finding a good variety of mixes for it.
