I tried a simple chicken cassoulet and was thrilled with the ease of use and the results! The book also introduced me to several uses of the Claypot of which I was completely unaware! I love it!!

      After a short 20 minute soaking of both top and bottom, simply line with bay leaves and add a ham or, if you're in the mood, make a tasty dessert and pop in a cold oven.

      Love it so much I have two with one in a larger size.
