      If was difficult to tell by the photos, but the shape of this sham is square. Bed pillows are not. They are rectangular and all shams should follow suit. I will keep as it looks OK on the bed.

        The fabric is kind of stiff. Each panel has a different length, which is probably from NOT USA made which totally irritates me anymore for foriegn qualilty, but the set is beautiful. We just painted our bedroom the deepest blue in the comforter set & it looks perfect with the color.

            I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the very low price. The comforter and shams have deep ruffles all the way around, nothing skimpy about this set. The comforter is more generous than usual and I have no trouble covering the bed down past the dust ruffle. I love it!

            The background of the set has a pink tinge to it so I bought Pink sheets for it. I like the red but I've started with the pink. I may buy red for the second set.

                            The color is advertised as "red" however it is more of a rose, magenta or mauve color, which is what I was looking for. It has too many flowers which makes it really girly. I purchased for a teen daughter because the set she really wanted "pink petals" was no longer available. She says it's ok but more for an older woman (lol). I think that I would have placed it in a guest room/mother-in-law's room. Overall, it wasn't bad enough for me to return it (I purchased the curtains and all). It will do for now.
