        This is a very elegantly shaped and gorgeous purple-colored urn. Although a bit fancy for everyday use, I like elegant and fancy, so that is exactly what we are using it for. We fill it with our purified water and throw in cut up citrus fruit. (We do not fill it all the way because that would be a lot of water to drink for 2 people and the fruit would not stay fresh.) Glass and shape is a bit fragile to use with kids around, so would not recommend that, but we do not have kids in our house and I just love the look! Really pleased with my purchase. And the value is excellent. {Did I already mention the absolutely gorgeous purple color?:-)]
