      I was looking for a pan just to cook lasagna so the negative comments on roasting size did not deter me from purchasing this item. It is great, no more cheese dripping over the sides of the pan, LOVE IT! Oh, and BTW, it can be used as a small roasting pan, perfect for, say a chicken for two people.

        The handles on this pan are a true life-saver. I have another large pan that I use for lasagna that does not have handles and it is very, very difficult to get in and out of the oven. With this pan - no more spills in the bottom of the oven! I highly recommend this pan.

                    While most lasagna pans of this size that I have seen have been very expensive, this one was priced reasonably. It's the perfect size for making a white vegetable lasagna. This can be literally, quite heavy to haul in & out of the oven. But the pan itself is light-weight so it certainly helps! This pan can discolor a bit, even though directions were followed exactly.
