cord kept on falling out at first.had to turn the fryer in a different postistion. worked just fine it heated up quick, fried the food perfect. i would by it again.

I bought this small fryer to do quick and small meals. I made chicken wings in it and they were very moist and crisp. The only thing you need to be aware of is that the basket is very small and frying more than 4 pieces of wings will cause some of the chicken to not be cooked with the crispy batter on it. other than that, a great little fryer.

This is a second compact fryer for me, the other one was a different brand it was round and the lid was attached. I prefer this one as the lid is removeable for ease of emptying and stability for cleaning. I am a family of one so the size is perfect, I like the feature of the magnetic cord also. It heats quickly, the square shape is good for chicken strips and catfish filets, as it is a little larger than the round one. I think from this you can guess I give it 2 thumbs up.
