Very beautiful dish. Will use for covered dish meals, which we have a lot at our church. Food is even more appealing when served in beautiful dishes. Be careful though as dish is very heavy, even when empty.

brought both - used on new year eve..I found small in bed,bath and beyond . can add to make a nice set for serving at dinner time.

I like the casserole dish, but I'm disappointed with the casseroles lid. It doesn't fit properly and snuggly on the dish. I would prefer a tight fitting lid to properly cook items in the oven or microwave.

I have not used the casserole dishes as yet, but they appear sturdy. They are a little on the heavy side, but can be used for Sunday dinner. The beading gives it an air of formality, however, don't expect the covers to fit snuggly. I have a small family so I wished there was a smaller size. All in all I would recommend its purchase.

I used this item to keep a diiner dish warm...it works wonderfully, and looked like it was part of my set. I will purchase the rectangle covered casserole next.
