I am 5'1 and it's too high for me too, but I use sand to make myself a little foot rest. It's easy to pull and pretty easy to fold up and put into the bag. I wish the cup holders would hold a can in a cool cup! They are not quite large enough. I really like the attached center cooler area and the mesh storage area.

This is a pretty cool chair. Love the way it's all compact into one bag. I keep it in my trunk for days when I'm outdoors but can't stand too long. I agree with Kimberly in NJ, Im 5'4" also and the chair is very high, my feet will not touch the ground either. I fix that with a little something under my feet like a small cooler, log or whatever is around outdoors.

Is easy to set up alone. However, the bag ripped and one wheel detached after only one use, and that was on the sidewalk!!! Stitching on one seat is not tight around trim, so has begun to unravel. Umbrella can only be attached upright so cannot angle for shade all day. Pull on bag zipper broke off after one use!

It seems to be made well and the color is very nice. It was easy to remove from the bag and to set up by myself. Now the down side, the seat part is very high. I am only 5'4 and it is uncomfortable to sit in and my feet csnnot touch the ground so that makes it difficult to get out of. There also seems to be a flaw in the design. I didn't notice in the picture before I ordered the chair but I saw when I received it that there is no pole to support the front of the armrest so that when you lean on it to get up it puts a strain on the crossleg in the front. I wll have to see if this affects how long the chair will last.

Originally bought this for sitting out on the driveway with children playing outside--[...] within minutes I had the thing up and was sitting in it with my neighbor....I bought the one for the larger size because I didn't know who might want to sit in it with me and didn't want to have a flimsy chair break and this one does not disappoint...glad the carrying bag has wheels--it's little heavy to just carry, but doable if necessary...my only 'negative' was that the way the umbrella goes in the stand in the back, if the sun is past "noon position" sometimes the front of the chair gets too much sun (while behind has all the shadow)...it would be nice if the umbrella tilted to allow for 'front shading' if necessary when you cannot turn the chair a different direction (like at the beach).Since getting it I have brought it to the beach and to ballgames and each time had at least 5 people come ask me where I got the thing--they love it too! I am thrilled with the purchase--it's the best portable chair set I have ever seen!

Even though after receiving the chair I was so excited then disappointed becasue one of the rivets on one wheel was broken off. I thought to myself I'm not sending this back with more cost. So I took the case to my local hardware store and asked if they had a rivet. The store told me they normally do not repair such a thing but he did. What a good guy. I think the chair is cheaply made then a previous chair I bought. But on the other hand I am excitd to try this chair!

I think the chair will come in handy to use going fishing, soccer games, or spending time on the deck with the grandkids,family and friends.

We finally used it at a block party. We couldn't get it apart at first and there were no instructions; because you should be able to just pull it apart. Be sure all the rods are down in their places around the top of the chairs and the cooler area; and this should solve the problem.It's a lot heavier than the [$]model because it supports more weight, so is a bit harder to handle by one person. Have not had the chance to use the umbrella with it, so I'm not sure if it's waterproof or not. The cover has a cheaper zipper, when it should be a heavier duty one. Mine was stitched incorrectly [...]
