Deferred Payment Option

FULLBEAUTY Brands offers selected customers a 90 day defer payment plan. Enter the defer payment code on the Shopping Bag page. You must request to defer payment for 90 days. You may use your defer payment plan code with any other savings promotion code. Under the defer payment program, the purchase amount will not be charged to your account at the time of your purchase. You are instead electing to have us automatically charge your account on the 90th day following the shipment(s) of your purchase, unless you have contacted us to change your method of payment, on or before the 85th day following the shipment of your purchase. Defer payment items returned during the deferment period will have the charge and credit processed at time of return, which may result in charges to your credit card prior to the expiration of the 90 day deferment. Delay in posting credit or return by customer's credit card issuing bank is not the responsibility of BrylaneHome®. If you change your method of payment after the order is placed, your method of payment will not be eligible for the defer payment option. Where applicable, points are awarded to credit card rewards programs after the purchase has been charged (after the 90 days). Important details for each payment method to which a defer payment plan order may be charged to are:

Purchases to your existing credit card account under the defer payment program are subject to credit approval. View or Pay Your BrylaneHome® Platinum Credit Card Bill Online

If you have a BrylaneHome® Platinum Credit Card or any other of The FullBeauty Brands™ Platinum Credit Cards or FULLBEAUTY Brands Visa® Cards, you now have access to view your information online by going to the website operated by Comenity Bank, the credit card issuer. (Since it isn't operated by FULLBEAUTY Brands, it will require a separate login.) You can pay your bill online, check your account status, update your personal information, add authorized buyers to your account, request a card upgrade, and request a credit limit increase. It's all so easy!

Rewards FAQ

How do I earn points?

You earn 2 points for every $1 you spend at any of the FULLBEAUTY Brands. Stock up on your favorite items or try something new, you'll be rewarded for it.

When will I see my points on my account?

It may take up to 48 hours for you points to be applied to your account. If you purchased using "Buy now, pay later" you won't see your points until your order is billed. Items that are purchased on backorder won't have their points reflected until they ship to you.

How can I find my point balance?

View your point balance on your billing statement or by visiting comenity.net/brylanehome/.

My points are missing.

If you're purchase wasn't backordered or bought using "Buy now, pay later" please call Brylane Home: 888-621-3809

Where will my reward be sent?

Reward certificates will be available on your monthly billing statement. If you previously would not have received a statement in the month you earned your reward - no worries you'll still receive a statement even though you won't have a balance due.

How long is my reward valid for?

90 days from the day it was issued.

Can my rewards certificate be combined with other coupons and discounts?


How do I use my reward certificate?

Use online by entering the certificate number, starting with "RW" at checkout in the “Promo Code or Rewards Certificate” field (top right corner) or by giving the certificate number when placing your order over the phone

Can my reward be used at other FULLBEAUTY Brands?

No, your reward is only valid at the brand where you received the certificate from.

I lost my reward certificate, what do I do?

You’ll receive the balance of your reward on your next statement.

Can I have multiple FULLBEAUTY Brand credit cards?

Yes. Remember you earn points for purchases at any brands, however your reward certificate is for the brand in which you hold the credit card. Having multiple, allows for more rewards at more brands!

    Order Totals & Backorder Charges

    The order total on your checkout page includes all items ordered, plus shipping and handling, discounts, coupons and any taxes charged. Sometimes the invoice total included in your package may vary if an item becomes unavailable. Shipping & handling and taxes charged to you will be adjusted according to the new order total. If an item’s backordered, the charge for those items, including any shipping and handling charges not applied to the original shipment and any taxes won’t be charged to your account until the backordered item is shipped.

    Charges for Exchanges&Returns

    Exchanges: Credit card exchange orders can be processed quicker by phone; simply call us toll free at (800) 544-3793. For an exchange order, we'll issue a credit to the credit card on the original order. You may see a debit and credit for the original transactions or the two transactions may offset one another. The original credit card will be charged for the exchanged item. If you want to exchange an item and not phone it in, or if it's a cash order you are returning, please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice.

    Returns:For return credits, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or credit, we'll issue a credit to your original method of payment less shipping and handling charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear.

    Exchanges cannot be processed for Pay Pal orders. Please return the item(s) and allow 3-4 weeks for refund back to your Paypal account less shipping and handling charges.

    Why Do I See More than One Charge on My Credit Card for My One Order?

    When you place your order, we authorize your card for the full order amount. This places a pending authorization on your card, but your card is only charged once at the time your order is shipped. This is common bank practice when handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. It is sometimes reflected as two duplicate, separate charges. Please allow up to 72 hours for the pending authorization to clear. If you need help speeding up the process, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

    Redeeming Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and Gift Certificates Online

    Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards: To redeem Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards online, simply enter the card number and PIN number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the card amount, a credit card will be required to cover the remaining balance.

    Paper Gift Certificates: To redeem paper Gift Certificates online, simply enter the certificate number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the paper gift certificate balance, a credit card will be required to cover the remaining balance.


    Redeeming Coupons Online

    During the checkout process, simply enter the Promotion Code in the required field. The funds will be automatically deducted and your discount will be reflected on your order total.
