I got these a long time ago and use them in my car to hold grocries.They hold alot, don't slide around and keep the bags from spilling all over back of van. The fact that they fold up allows me to keep them in the van for carying things of all kinds.

Convenient: I keep one open for temporary storage of items to recycle. After delivery, crate is easy to collapse and bring home. Strength: Not strong enough for very heavy items (full bottles), but fine for moderate weight (empty glass bottles).

We are retired and live in a motorhome & travel from place to place when the mood strikes us.The crates are very useful when we pack up to move to another campground. I can take everything off of the kitchen cabinet, bathroom vanity, etc & pack it in one of the crates, set it on the floor & we can travel without the fear of things being tossed around when we hit a bump or make a sudden stop. When we get to our destination, I simply unpack the crate & fold it flat for storage. It takes up so little space that it isn't hard to find a place to store it until the next move.

I use these in a variety of ways -- they are AWESOME for keeping groceries from rolling around in my trunk. Another great use is for my grandson's outside toys .. balls, bats, gloves, sidewalk chalks, etc. -- and also fantastic for pool toy storage!

I keep these in the back of my SUV and they are perfect for keeping those groceries in plastic bags from tipping over and rolling all over the back of my car. They pop open easily (I can do it with one hand). They look like crates when snapped open but don't try to pack heavy things into them and then lift them - I tried but they aren't strong enough for that.

Began shopping at wholesale clubs/Ikea and they do not offer bags so having something that I can keep in my vehicle that allows me to organize my shopping is GREAT. Ofcourse they also are great for organizing and transporting anything, especially toddler travel accessories. This was my second purchase I like them so much.

I bought this as a gift for my sister. She saw that I had two crates in my car and thought it was a great idea. These crates are great for putting groceries in the trunk without them rolling around the trunk of the car and the collapse when not needed.

These hold a lot of groceries or other shopping needs by stacking two on my folding luggage cart/dolly since I can't carry much from car to apartment. It has no solid bottom so crates are necessary. Easy to flatten and store behind a door, between kitchen stove and wall, or in any small space when not in use, or carry in car, lightweight. You can't have too many crates.

I had to order again for 2 more = 4 as I found more uses as bins on a storage shelf, fit perfect or for hauling laundry to laundry room. Keeps clutter down as I always have things to go to storage closet outside.

My previous standard plastic stacking file crates were too narrow to hold my big grocery bags side by side, altho those are more sturdy material, but no place to store extra boxy ones at home. I use those now (2) to separate trash from recycle items and had to empty them every time I went shopping before finding these.

I was very lucky to find this link on a review that another buyer wrote on another shopping bag site while searching for reusable shopping bags! I didn't know Brylanes before. So thru that other review I found Brylanes. I have not found them anywhere else, locally or on the web, so grab some here for a discount on multiples. If I could afford more I'd get more but postage high.

After first order I got a Brylane catalog in the mail and found them there when I needed 2 more, and with my order I got a free wonderful carving knives set which I LOVE too (desparately needed but couldn't afford now). What a nice company to deal with and thank you bonuses.

Thank you Brylane's - I'll be back!

These crates have saved the day for shopping in a pickup truck. No more plastic bags sliding around spilling their contents. We keep one in the car and one in the truck- -they're perfect for holding the groceries in place or to keep our take-orders from spilling. We can bring in the groceries (or take-out) using the containers and afterwards, they're easily collapsed and stored.
