I've recently started to watch my portions more closely and the smaller containers help me reach my goal! The larger containers are good for storing left-overs or just other foods that you don't want to leave open(i.e. Sugar). These containers also help if your like me and have started to take you lunch to work with you. I just love this product.I wish it came in a bigger set.
