The sounds is good, and they're great to watch TV with. However, within the month, the latch to the battery case broke. It's about 1/4 of an inch and just broke off while I was watching TV. I had to resort to using tape to keep the cover over the batteries. It should be a much more substantial latch. Good thing there is a 90 day return period.

My husband really,really enjoys this product. But, it eats up the 9-volt battery & he has had to change it out weekly since we've had it. Is this normal response or did we receive a weak product?
He would like to order the adapter --- is it available? And, he would like to order a 2nd one for our bedroom but will wait for a response regarding the adapter.

i love this as i can walk around the house or work on my computer in another room while listening to the tv. also good if you are cleaning house, don't have to turn the tv up to hear it over the vacumn. it works on batteries (not included) but you have to buy the plug in adapter separate if you want to run it off the electric.
