They do not stand so well. If your magazines are heavy they tend to lean and fall.

I don't always get around to reading my magazines the month they arrive. I was saving them flat on my bookshelves. With these organizer, I got all my magazines upright, in a more convenient position to browse through. I also freed up three of my book shelves and am now only using two for all of my magazines. I ordered 20 and used almost all of them right away!

I use these files for my quilting magazines. They make finding a particular magazine easy and easy to return to the correct file because of the "color coding." I already have the matching boxes which I love.

Used to keep our "keeper" magazines in a box on top of the bookcase. Now they are easily available on a shelf, and the colors are great! You can see the spines for name and date, for easy selection for referance.

These are great for keeping my woodworking magazines and blueprints organized. Their only problem is when they are full if you are not careful the bottom falls out.(and yes I followed directions and assembled them correctly) I currently have about 40 of them and will continue to buy them.

I teach 4th Grade and use these magazine boxes as my students' reading boxes. The students keep a handful of their "just-right" books in these as well as their readers journal. When not in use, they store nicely (and colorfully!) on the counter. So far, they have held up nicely and were a snap to put together!

I use for the magazines I want to save for future reference so have one for each "type" of magazine, i.e., food, home repair, gardening, etc. Great organization tool in the kitchen, too for the paperback cookbooks.

Purchased this item to store several months or more of subscription magazines and other assorted items. I was able to assemble them all with no help in less than 10 minutes without trying very much. Two of the colors are very similar(green & yellow) in person compared to the paper catalog or online but these do include a nice place to label each as shown in the other version of this item described as file boxes. Picture should be updated.

I looked for magazine files for a few weeks before finding these. From my searching, I know that the price is excellent especially since these are a flexible plastic and not cardboard like some. The colors brighten any area too.

In my case they work great on a book shelf, side by side for support, they can't stand alone as they are depicted...

They are colorful I also have the boxes with lids to match so is't a great look.

I had such a hard time putting the document boxes together, I had my husband put the magazine flies
together. Didn't hear him swear to much, so I assume they were easier to put together than the document boxes.

These work just fine. I miss the old heavy duty cardboard ones but I can't find them anymore. These are nice and colorful and they do take up less space that the old kind.

I purchased these for organization. With 4 adults in the home, there was mail all over. Now everyone has their own file for mail, catalogs, coupons, etc. Much better than piles of papers! Easy to assemble, has a paper slip-in tag for ID. May get more for the computer area...nice item.

My son refuses to throw away any of his magazines - these are perfect for him to pare down his collection and keep them straight and in good condition. These were far cheaper than any I saw in any store (ie Kmart, WalMart, Target)

These things are the greatest! They are called magazine files and yes I use one for my favorite magazines, the others ones, (I put the longer side on the shelf) and use them to put my file folders in which gives me easy access to whatever I'm looking for and for that I say THANK YOU! The colors are nice for either a male or female and they clean off very easy....and they are sturdy!! I'm going to order more for my office!
