This is amazing in keeping your fruits and vegetables fresh. It doubles as a colander to rinse/wash items first. The divider helps keep smaller produce such as grapes and blueberries separate. When not needed, it stores in the bottom lid. It organizes and stores a good amount. I will be ordering another because I just love it. Don't know how I lived without this!..LOVE it.
Order this-you will be glad that you have one too.

This item has great drainage so greens are not sitting in water, so greens keeps longer and fresher. Very good...and definitely a "keeper", pun intended!

After trying countless products (from containers to) bags that claim to -but don't- keep produce fresh, I can finally say I FOUND ONE! I guess it's the water reservoir, all I really know is that IT WORKS! It works great as a colander when I rinse my lettuce, veggies and fruit...but the main reason I got it was to store my salads, since they always wilt quickly. Not any more! Even pre-packaged salads stay fresh and crisp for days. I'm getting ready to order more.

This really keeps the pre-packaged lettuce beyond the 2-3 days it usually takes for it to go bad. Will be buying more of them for my tomatoes and other produce.

Keeps the lettuce nice a fresh for weeks longer can be used with other fruits or vegetables it has a divider so you can put more than on item in the container at a time. The only problem I have is it so big it take a lot of refrigerator spacce, but it works great

I was skeptical, but I've been proven WRONG! This lettuce keeper does what it is named for. I immediately put a full bag of premade salad into it and I still have crisp, unwilted lettuce. This is great!

This is a great product. All my veggies and fruits stay crisp and fresh. I bought two of these lettuce keepers and I keep them filled all the time. However, they do take up a lot of room in the fridge. But it is nice to have fresh produce at hand.

I used to be lucky if my lettuce lasted for 3 days and now it is fresh and crisp for 2 weeks.

Perfect for grapes and cherries... the bottom removes so you can rinse them right in the container.

If you're going to put just one item in it works fine. (ie lettuce) but it comes with a slide-in separator that is useless. Will not stay in.

Lettuce lovers this is a MUST......This is my 2nd one I purchased, unfortunately, I put the first one in the dishwasher (lower and upper) rack, and of course it didn't make it. I recommend to hand wash this...but it's purpose is to keep lettuce fresh and fresh it does...I can keep lettuce up to 1-2 weeks! A MUST FOR ALL!!!

It's great to keep your lettuce fresh, but keep your hand on the bottom where you put water because if you don't the bottom will fall off and water will be everywhere.

I waste so many fruits/vegetables because I can't eat them before they rot. I put grapes in this over a week ago and most of them are still good to go. I have some in a baggie and they are mostly rotten now. It's multi purpose. You can wash, drain and store in this container. I gave one to a friend.

I'd call this a vegetable keeper, you can put anything in this and it stays fresh longer. I put a head of lettuce a week ago to test it and it is still fresh and crisp.

Stores at least 2 prewashed bags of lettuce with a little bit of room left if you need it. Keeps lettuce fresh for over a week. Great way to save money on those expensive lettuce mixes.

I purchased this item as a shower gift, so I cannot give a full review of its performance, however, from the looks of it, it seems to be a better than average product. Now, if it just does what it claims to do (keep the lettuce fresher longer) that would make it a five star product. I especially like the fact that it acts as a collander as well. I guess I will never know though since again, it is a gift, but I don't think it would be a waste of money regardless.

Lacking enough storage in my apartment 'fridge, I purchased one and liked it so much I purchased another, and may get yet another two. They look pretty on my bottom shelf, and they are keeping my veggies and herbs fresh. You should get two; one for veggies that you keep the vent closed for, and one for veggies that you keep the vent open for.
