I love this product. I had tried several cleaning sprays and even a steam cleaner on some greasy spots on my carpet where a machenic had stepped in on my new carpet with oily boots. While it was wet it would look like the stains were gone then when it dried you could still see the stain however I went over it a couple of times with the H2O mop and the stain is gone!! I loved it so much I ordered one for my sister and thinking of oredering a couple more for Christmas presents.

This mop is great- Does all it says- Floors shiny
clean with hardly no effort.Wish the mop head was bigger as to cover more area thus reducing work time.2 of my friends bought one due to my bragging !!!

I had used other 'mops' before that left a residue on the floor. Not with this. The first week after I used my H2O Mop, I just kept saying "I love my floors and my new floor mop!"

I love the way this works on my hardwood floors. The rug attachment is a bit difficult until you get the hang of it, which doesn't take too long. Also used it w/the rug attachment on my couch & it worked really well.

Use it on kitchen and bathroom floors. Unable to get into tile cracks so a scrubber and vacuum feature might help. Otherwise, it does a great job.

This is a great product that actually does what the advertising states. I am very pleased with mine and have told a number of friends about it. It has been used to freshen the carpet and my tile floors look new.

I was really surprised that the H2O mop really cleans floors that well and carpets too! I hate smearing dirty water over a dirty floor with a dirty mop. Yuk! This takes care of those problems. Told my best friend she needed one too.

I am legally blind so I was worried about putting the mop together.I had no difficulty.I was so excited that I did the whole apartment right away.

We have 3 small kids and 2 dogs. This has been a lifesaver. Easy to use and quiet. I live in an apartment and I can use it as late as I need to without disturbing other tenants. Having small kids, I don't like using a lot of chemicals in my cleaning products, but I was skeptical of the hot steam system. It has been wonderful and just leaves the room smelling fresh.

I have to say I was a little unsure of its ability to clean a rug with steam. I have a carpet with high traffic use and a large dog who likes to eat his treats in that area. I tried this mop on the area and I was surprised at the result. It didn't completely remove the stains but it did remove enough that the rug looks good, with regular use I think the rug will look wonderful. My only con is I had a hard time keeping the rug glide on when I went from one room to another. As for the floor I have both Pergo and hardwood floors and it cleaned them wonderfully. It is a wonderful item especially if you are thinking green, the reusuable mop heads wash in your machine.

I have a kitchen floor that I use to love when I first built my home but over the years it seems to get dirty quickly and yellow. Now that I have the H20 Mop the water gets very hot and steams away the dirt without any scrubing and the floor looks great!

I have various types of floors in my home; hardwood, vinyl, porcelin, carpet...you name it. This cleans everything very efficiently, the steam is very powerful. Gets sticky residue up easily. I like the fact that the pads are washable (even though I bought replacements).

The steamer does not dry the floors as quickly as it shows on TV. The mophead retains wetness a little more than I would like, but I do like the product a lot and cleans well.

THIS IS THE GREATEST MOP THAT I HAVE EVER USED. IT DEEP CLEANS AND THE FLOORS LOOK WONDERFUL AND SMELL GREAT. I HAVE TRASHED ALL MY OTHER MOPS. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I OWN AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANY OTHER MOP EXCEPT THIS ONE. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY MOP. MY HUSBAND THINKS I'M CRAZY, BUT HE HAS NOTICED A DIFFERENCE IN OUR FLOORS. I clean my kitchen and bathroom tile floors with this.I also used it on a low carpet and it worked great.Removed stains and grease.My husband is an oil man,this sucks up his gunk as if it was just dirt.No harsh cleaning solutions needed.

THIS IS GREAT CLEANING PRODUCT! I USE T IN ADDITION TO REGULAR MOPPING TO REMOVE THE STICKY RESIDUE THAT CLEANERS LEAVE BEHIND ON THE FLOOR. GOOD FOR HOUSEHOLDS WITH KIDS TO MAKE SURE THE FLOOR IS SANITARY. ALSO I WAS VERY IMPRESSED ON HOW IT TOOK ALL KINDS OF STAINS OUT OF CARPET!

We live on a farm with cats and dogs running in and out all day. We also have rabbits, ducks and chickens so the floor gets alot of mess on them (no the cats and dogs are the only ones that come in). The H20 steam mops get my floors spotless. The first time I used it was rainy outside and I cleaned the floor with a regular mop and then went over it with the steam mop and I couldn't believe the ammount of dirt that was still on the floor. I went back over the floor with a new pad on the steam mop and there was no dirt on it. My house is cleaner. I've even used it on my rugs and it even makes them look cleaner. I like this product.

Did a great job on my hardwood and linoleum floors. Head swivels easily and gets into corners. You can steam clean two rooms before adding additional water. Water is easy to add. It is a great product. Eco friendly.

I really like this mop because it uses only water, it sanitizes, and makes me feel like I'm putting less harmful stuff in the environment. Recently I moved into a home that unfortunately, hadn't been taken care of well. A regular mop did NOT work, and this one did. A very good investment.

i wanted this product for my kitchen tile floors. I got to use it a few times and then the plastic container that holds the water broke, a tiny hole, still waiting for the replacement part so I can use it. Didnt even have it 2 weeks.

This steam mop is awesome. My coffee pot was knocked off the counter and grounds and coffee went everywhere on my ceramic tile floor. This mop cleaned up the coffee stains like they were minor. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone. It's lightweight and very easy to use.

I have hardwood floors and I love using the steam mop on them as well as cermiac and lenioum. It picks up the dirt and grime and the best part to me is I never have to put my hands in dirty water. Just take the pad off and put it in the washer and your done. I only wish you could put bleach or other cleaners in the steam mop. This is a totally green item.

and it really gets things clean. I scrubbed the
floor two days later my normal way and the floor
was still clean.I recomend buying the extra
pads. You really should only use one per floor
that you do.

After reading many reviews on the H2O mop from many stores I settled on the one from Brylane and I am not sorry! It cleans thoroughly, the machine itself is easy to use and easy to store away. Works well on all floors but do need to wax hardwood floors after using the mop. Great product. Will buy one for my daughter too!

The mop works wonderful and cleans very well. The only problem I had with machine was the cord is not long enough and a little moisture but dried very quickly. You have to unplug to move from room to to room. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who does not want use the traditional mop anymore.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to use and how much of a difference it made on my hardwood floors. They shined as if they were brand new. Wished it was made along time ago. Would of saved myself alot of money on all the chemicals and detergents I've had to use on the old type of steam cleaners. Plus with the pad, just throw it in the washer and reuse. How cool is that........

I use it on all my floors, It cleans so much better than a regular mop. when you use a regular mop, most times I have more dirt leftover on the floor and smeared around. This actually picks it up and sanitizes the floor. In my bathrooms, I spray the floor with a anti-bacterial solution, let sit 10 minutes then steam it right up. I wish the cord was a little longer, that's the only drawback.

I like the fact that I can clean and sanitize my bathroom and kitchen floors WITHOUT chemicals. Also, how cool to be able to throw the cloth pads into the washer! H2O even freshened up my living room rug, although I will still have to spot-treat.

this mop is lightweight but thought it would clean nookes and crannies in my tile floor. it does clean top surface with ease. i would definitely NOT use on my hardwood floors as it leaves a lot of water behind and these floors CANNOT be soaked. i will keep it because it is easier to use than a regular mop. also upset that i couldn't use my 20% coupon.
