I have hardwood floors pretty much throughout our home that had been over-waxed over the years by the previous homemaker. I thought I'd never get the build-up off! I really took my time the first time I used this mop figuring it would make a dent in the build-up at best and I would have to go over it several times. Boy, was I surprised!! It worked great! These floors have never looked better!!

I'm a senior-doing the tile floors in my home were really getting to be a chore for me. All the wringing of mops,dirty water, or getting on my hands and knees was too much to deal with. I love the product. Cleans and steams foors in seconds. Carpet drying could vary depending on the condition i.e. extremely dirt or lightly soiled. You should use mop as soon as something is dropped on carpet for best results. It cleans tile floors wonderfully. The Eco friendly mop cleans carpet so well a baby can crawl around on it without the worry of germs. There is a recall on the original mop because the cord had a problem. H20 was quick to send out a fix so my cord is just fine. I ordered my daughter a mop. She has a newborn who will be crawling soon. She loves it that no chemicals are used. This will make it safe for the baby and give her the added comfort.

Used it on my tile floors and loved it! I didn't have the wet floor issue that some others stated -- to me it wasn't any wetter than a traditional mop would be. I haven't used it on carpet yet. Because of the small water reservoir, I expected it to empty quickly, but did my entire floor (I have lots of tile) on one tank. I would definitely recommend this product! My floors seemed very clean and the cover washed very well in the washer. Just a tip -- don't use fabric softener when you wash the cover -- it makes it less absorbent.

Product works great. Like not having to use cleaners but getting clean floors. If used on sealed wood floors, I do recommend going behind with microfiber pad to completely dry so no spots show up.

I have used the mop twice. The second time I did better than the first. I have a very large kitchen and found out that I had to change the pad at least half way through. (or I would have puddling)
My inlaid lineolium at the longest side is 20 feet long. Am I doing something wrong?

Having had years of no wax floor cleaner build-up
my kitchen linoleum is the cleanest I've seen since it was put down. I used tap water and was ready to go in minutes. Only thing that I was dismayed about was the terry cloth mop heads wouldn't stay on. Otherwise the best cleaning investment I've made, and trying to exist on my pension alone, every penny counts!

I purchased this to clean my smooth tile floors. you need to clean your flooring by sweeping and vacuum pick up first. Follow the directions to keep the steamer moving or it pools water. It picks up a lot of cat hair and dust so clean the pad often. I use it just with water; I did use a mop for a heavier spill that dried and used the steamer to buff up the shine.
The carpet glider is a pain, they need to re-design it with a clip to keep it on. It was very frustrating to use the glider, especially since you have to keep the steamer moving.
Its worth it needs some improvement.

Ok, ladies, I bought this for my husband to use. Yes he does floors and dishes! He was using a standard sponge mop and believe me, the floors looked streaked. He got a big smile when he saw this steam cleaner. He was all set to do the floors as soon as he opened the package. Needless to say, it was not long before he tried it out. He was so amazed at how well it worked he saved the used pads to show me the results. I bought extra pads at the same time as the cleaner. Glad I did because there are going to be times we will need them. Ok, my floors look great and they are not sticky like some cleaners leave them. In fact the natural shine came through using this cleaner. For the first time in a very long time, I didn't mind walking barefoot on my floor. The added effect I was not expecting was my house smelled great after he used this machine. Standard mops just push the dirt around. This won't happen with the steam cleaner. I would recommend you buy extra mop heads. I suppose you could make your own, but these fit great. I think you would like this machine.

This is an extremely easy mop to use especially for kitchens but it is not equipped for smaller bathrooms, especially behind the toilet area. But overall, I like the fact of easy to use steam cleaning and the pads are machine washable. It helps to cut down on the cost of unnecessary cleaning products.

So far I have only used it on my tile kitchen floor and was well pleased. I am anxious to use it on some old carpet stains and see what it can do. I'm curious because the TV Infomercial said you could use your favorite detergent but the instructions clearly say to use only clear water.

I have used other steam mops (like the "Shark") and this one, in my opinion, is outstanding. The issues I've had with other steam mops is that the pads did not stay on the mop head and I had to use rubber bands to secure it, which left streaks on my floor. I had to use at least 2 pads to clean my floors. Also, the plug on the water tank would not close completely, so I left a trail of water all over the floor. Not so with this mop. It heats up fast, the pads can take alot of dirt before you have to change it out, and my ceramic tile floors shine when I'm done. It's super easy to fill and empty. I gave the product 4 stars (wish it could be 4 1/2)because the power cord could be longer, but it is not really an issue for me. I just plug it into another outlet and I'm on my way!

My home is completely ceramic tile. I love this product. It is very easy to use. The floors are spotless and the whole house smells clean. I like the fact that it does not use chemical cleaners. I had trouble getting my grout clean with other products. This cleaned my grout very well. I really wish it had a longer cord. I have to keep changing outlets.

I always thought my mop done a good job. But when I used the steam mop I was shocked at how dirty it was when I got done. My floors no longer have mop lines. I had a spot where my rug had stuck to the floor and I put the steam on for a few seconds and it came up. Great product.

Love the mop. It works great, and it's extremely easy to use. Had a little trouble with my first one, and it suddenly quit after only about six months of use. Ordered a new one, which I've already received; however, I still haven't received any kind of credit for the first one, even though I was assured credit was forthcoming. I have recommended this mop to several of my friends. One of my friends cleans houses for a living, and both she and her mother have ordered one. Both have had trouble with them just suddenly not working.

We were very hesitant to buy the H2O mop. The reviews seemed to be all over the place. I love, I hate, buy it today, don't waste your money. But with two dogs and two cats and a grandson and people in out all the time, it was getting more difficult to clean the floors. We never felt like our swiffer wet was doing a good job and the pads are expensive. We were concerned because we have wood laminate floors and thought we would be disappointed. We did a test spot in a place that could not be seen and it went well. Then we proceeded to do the whole house. OMG, our floors must have never been really clean. The pads were black...and when we were done the floors look better than the day we put them down. We have gotten so many comments on how nice they look. We found that if you are careful about how much steam you release, there is no puddling, streaking and it dries fast. We did order extra pads and went through all four, but this was not due to moisture on the pad, but due to the amount of dirt it was getting off the floors. Walking on our wood barefoot now is a pleasure. We are thrilled with results. If there is a con, it is that the cord is a tad short, but something we can easily deal with considering the results we see. We did not have any of the issues that others did, with the pads not fitting or sliding off, or puddles of water and having to go back and dry the floors. We did go back over a damp spot to see if there was any dirt left, and the cloth came up completely white, no residue dirt at all. If you have kids and pets and a lot of floors that are not carpeted, this is a Godsend.

We lost our home in hurricane Charley in August of 2004 and when we rebuilt our home we had all but 2 rooms tiled. A neighbor recommeded your product and we bought one and really liked it. I found it worked better on hard to clean soil if I sprayed a little cleaner on the area first. floor cleaner or rug cleaner if it's a rug you're cleaning. My area carpet had gotten an area that was seemingly permanently creased, I rolled over the rug and steamed it from the backside. It steamed out the crease quite nicely.

This product is great on tile/hardwood etc. Not so great for carpet. If you use on carpet merely to refresh (not to clean clean) then this is the product for you. TIme saving is a plus...no wait to dry

I use the h2O mop on our laminate floors and old linolium floors. Our dog loves to track mud in the house. Instead of smearing it around, the microfiber cloths pick it right up. The only think I wish is that there was a scrubbing pad that I could use on our kitchen vinyl. Although it does clean well, it could really use a little extra umph for the textured vinyl.

The only bad thing I can say about this product is that it does not remove stains like I thought it would. It really does lift unseen dirt. I did not know how dirty my floors were until I bought this product.
I would suggest getting the extra pads.

I have Pergo flooring in a rental home and the video showed powering through years of wax and dirt to get the floor clean. It simply doesn't work like that. It may be good that the mop gets hotter than any mop I could get with a bucket, but other than that, it is really just a mop. The pads get just as dirty as any mop. Disposables might be better if you can afford them.

I love this product not to heavy it was awkward at first once i got the hang of it by the end of my first floor i was hooked. i have never done all four floors in 1 day. I never have the energy. Was a little leary after reading some other reviews but after using am very satisfied with purchase. Used on laminate flooring and vinyl. Drying time was very quick on laminate with no streaking as previously mentioned. Took longer on vinyl - I'm sure due to going very very slowly causing more steam so as to clean/disenfect in kitchen/bath. My white socks that I wear throughout the house stay white! I feel the power cord is long enough - longer and it would get in the way. Also used on carpet peepee spots caused by our new puppy. Truly removed all the odors. VERY PLEASED with purchase! :)

It's great! I have toddlers on my kitchen tile floor constantly. After I would mop with my old mop, they wold still have dirty knees and dirty socks, with this mop there is no residue left behind and I don't have to worry about chemicals. It works!

With regular mopping, you have to put your back into it in order for the floor to be scrubbed correctly. Other products will not allow you to put your back into it so you are left with stains and sticky residue. With the H2O Mop my problems are solved! I absolutely love it! The best part is the floor dries quickly and no STICKY residue.

I have to have an environmentally clean home and am a pefectionist,to the best of my abilityI try to keep a clean and sanitary home. I have recently recieved my mop after looking at it for about a year . I really had hoped that it would be all that it said it was. I am very happy with it, with the exception of a cord that is too short, I have to keep moving it, and I wish there was a way to break down the smell of pets accidents. We can still smell them even though the carpet has been cleaned well. It looks good , but that odor lingers. We wondered if we could add something to the water that would take care of breaking down those odors that seem impossible to remove, with out using harmful chemicals?

Still not sure if I am going to keep this product. I ordered 2, one for myself and one for my Mother. She used hers and seemed to be happy with it. When I received mine and went to use it for the first time, the plastic swivel part broke when I tried to put the cloth cover on it. It wouldn't swivel and when I tried to turn it, it just shattered. Brylane was kind enough to send me a replacement. Was very excited to try it, but found that it does not put out very much steam. The floor remained quite wet, in fact the cloth part never even got warm. So I read the instructions again to see if I was doing something wrong. I shut it off and let it sit for a little while and then tried it again. At first it seemed to put out a lot of steam and then seemed to just shut down. I am going to give it one more try and then decide if it is the machine at fault or me. I also tried it on my carpeting. It does NOT clean carpets.

This mop is much more convenient and easy to use than the old mop and bucket! I use it in my tile kitchen, sunroom, laundry room and two bathrooms. However, floors do need a more time to dry than the description leads you to believe. Also, the steam does not do as well on grout as I expected. I guess that's understandable considering you're only using tap water. I wish the cord was a little longer. Overall it's a good machine and a great little time saver!

I use the steam mop for all my floors, it quick and esay to use, head turns nice in cornors, along side molding where dirt build up accumulates, gets it loose.i have bad back problems so its a little heavy for me but once the steam starts it gulides over the floors nice and easy, love this mop

I have used this mop several times now and love it! My daughter loves it as well, as she has been doing some Holiday cleaning for me. I do wish that there was a suction function on it as well though, as the floor gets pretty wet sometimes. I have been using one of my many swiffer floor products to wipe up the excess moisture. That has been taking care of the problem, but it would be easier if that function was available on the H20 mop. I am satisfied with the mop, nonetheless!

I love the way it steam cleans my kitchen floor. I don't have to get down on my knees to scrub the faux grout areas. It also sanitizes the laundry room floor where my animals sleep and eat. I would have like a longer cord to move around a room instead of using an extension or changing wall plugs.

I LOVE this mop! It has so far saved my carpet from ruin from a cat throwing up salmon cat food and some blood that got on it. Totally removed any traces of odor and you can't even tell where it was. I did spray a little KRUD Kutter on the area where the blood was, but didn't have to scrub and did change the mop head a couple of times to make sure I wasn't just moving the stain around. I have recommended it to 2 others already. My husband loves it, too. He said, "It's the best thing we have ever bought!" Also, I think it needs a plug with the little clip on it to attach to the cord so the cord will stay wrapped; currently have to weave the plug through the cord to get it to stay in place.

I have a dingy, white kitchen floor that gets lots of traffic. I have used the mop once and have seen a noticeable improvement. What I like the most about this mop over the others is that it's water only! That's a savings in and of itself and good for the environment, too!

I love this product. I had tried several cleaning sprays and even a steam cleaner on some greasy spots on my carpet where a machenic had stepped in on my new carpet with oily boots. While it was wet it would look like the stains were gone then when it dried you could still see the stain however I went over it a couple of times with the H2O mop and the stain is gone!! I loved it so much I ordered one for my sister and thinking of oredering a couple more for Christmas presents.

We have 3 small kids and 2 dogs. This has been a lifesaver. Easy to use and quiet. I live in an apartment and I can use it as late as I need to without disturbing other tenants. Having small kids, I don't like using a lot of chemicals in my cleaning products, but I was skeptical of the hot steam system. It has been wonderful and just leaves the room smelling fresh.

I have to say I was a little unsure of its ability to clean a rug with steam. I have a carpet with high traffic use and a large dog who likes to eat his treats in that area. I tried this mop on the area and I was surprised at the result. It didn't completely remove the stains but it did remove enough that the rug looks good, with regular use I think the rug will look wonderful. My only con is I had a hard time keeping the rug glide on when I went from one room to another. As for the floor I have both Pergo and hardwood floors and it cleaned them wonderfully. It is a wonderful item especially if you are thinking green, the reusuable mop heads wash in your machine.

We live on a farm with cats and dogs running in and out all day. We also have rabbits, ducks and chickens so the floor gets alot of mess on them (no the cats and dogs are the only ones that come in). The H20 steam mops get my floors spotless. The first time I used it was rainy outside and I cleaned the floor with a regular mop and then went over it with the steam mop and I couldn't believe the ammount of dirt that was still on the floor. I went back over the floor with a new pad on the steam mop and there was no dirt on it. My house is cleaner. I've even used it on my rugs and it even makes them look cleaner. I like this product.

I have hardwood floors and I love using the steam mop on them as well as cermiac and lenioum. It picks up the dirt and grime and the best part to me is I never have to put my hands in dirty water. Just take the pad off and put it in the washer and your done. I only wish you could put bleach or other cleaners in the steam mop. This is a totally green item.

The mop works wonderful and cleans very well. The only problem I had with machine was the cord is not long enough and a little moisture but dried very quickly. You have to unplug to move from room to to room. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who does not want use the traditional mop anymore.

I use it on all my floors, It cleans so much better than a regular mop. when you use a regular mop, most times I have more dirt leftover on the floor and smeared around. This actually picks it up and sanitizes the floor. In my bathrooms, I spray the floor with a anti-bacterial solution, let sit 10 minutes then steam it right up. I wish the cord was a little longer, that's the only drawback.

I may have a defective product. I love it when it works. Sometimes it steams, and sometimes it does not. I am going to work with it a little longer. If I continue to have a problem, I will return it for a replacement. When it works, it makes my hardwood floors look great and it lasts. My cleaning lady has the mop. I liked it so much that I purchased my own. When she comes the next time, I will have her check it to see if she thinks that it is working right or if it needs replacement.

I love this mop!! It helps to sweep the floor first, but you have to do that with a "regular" mop anyway. I got hairspray off my bathroom vinyl that I had not been able to get off any other way. The floors look new and shiny again. And with the steam, I know the floors are clean. I was bragging about my new "mop" at the high school football game Friday night - that's how much I love it!!

I love this. I am disabled it is a bit heavy for me, but on the whole as a steam cleaner it is light weight. I had to have help pushing the head on and I can not get the water container out myself. I have to sit on a stool and mop.. But I love it. No more mop, no more gallons of cleaner and dumping down the drain, no more light weight mops with sheets ... this uses only a couple cups of water and no cleaners. Everything is sterilized and clean. The mop heads .. you get 2 I bought 2 extras... just toss the thing in the washer! So much easier and so clean, places that I could not get down to scrub well are clean, corners I never got well, clean. So happy now if they would make one for the walls hahhaaha!

Even after reading the great reviews I found it hard to believe that it would work as well as it does. I have a very bad back, I have real problem using a mop, I did but I would pay for it for days, almost unable to do anything for a couple days, then it's time it do it all over again. Not any more!!! I was looking for an easy and fast way to cut down my time doing housework. Due to health reasons and because I try to limit the amount of chemicals I use in cleaning, I chose the H2O mop. It works great and meets all of the requirements I was looking for. I think as an item for a disabled person for their home (myself being one)this is a great product. I do wish the cord was a little longer, it was a little lighter to lift, and it was more quieter. Overall I still like it and recommend it.

My wife and I have been very impressed with the ease of operation and quality of work. The one we had quit working and Brylane was VERY responsive on replacing it. As mention, the only complaint is the cord needs to be about 10 feet longer, so it doesn't have to be unpluged so much.

Everything is great about this product.
This mop heats up very quickly 18 seconds and you don't have to keep refilling it either. I did 2 rooms before I had to refill the water container. It does a great job sanitizing the tile floors. I love the removable pads too. If one gets too dirty just change it. The mop comes with 2 pads but I bought 2 additional just in case and happy I did. Don't forget to use the rug cleaner attachment. I steam cleaned my wool rug and the mop just glided over the carpet so nicely. I'm so happy I bought this mop and couldn't wait to tell my sister about it. I think she is buying one too.

I have only used it once since my purchase, but I was really pleased. My only problem the power cord could be longer. I have a long hallway and had to connect to an extention cord to get the whole hall done. It is great outside of that one little problem. The pad also cleans really well.

The only thing I'm leary of, is my first mop stopped working within three weeks of purchase! Brylane homes was fantastic to replace it within 5 days. I'm hoping the defect was just a fluke!

I read all the other reviews before ordering the H2O Mop, and reviews on similar products too. I am very pleased with this choice. Although it is a little noisy, it cleaned an area that I had not been able to get clean, even with a scrub brush. I think that says it all. It's also easy to use.

Not a bad product. It cleaned the floors nicely but the cord is a bit short. Be prepared to have a wet floor the same as you would from mopping. Way easier, cleaner, simpler to do than mopping. And you didn't have to mess with the lousy bucket. Make sure you order the extra cloth pads, they will get dirty quick, figure one for every two or three rooms.

I used this product on my kitchen tile floor. It definitly make the job easier however it does leave the floor more wet than I would have liked. I had to dry it with a towel as I went along but it did clean very well. The best part was that it does not require the use of chemical cleaners and the heat sanitizes the floor. I would NOT recommend it on wood floors as it would probably soak them. Overall, for tile it is a pretty good alternative to the classic mop!

It only takes about a minute or two to warm up. It works well to clean between the grout on my kitchen floors, which are ceramic tile. During the day the dogs (small ones) are locked up in the kitchen while I work and they do have accidents, so this worked well to both clean and sanitize this mess besides the normal kitchen mess. I also used it in the bathrooms, which have vinyl flooring. The only complaint there was that it doesn't reach behind the toilet as I expected it would. I also tested it on carpet and it was useless as it did nothing. Also, the thing that attaches to the unit to do carpets does not attach, but you place the unit on top it it.

We are still trying to see if this mop is really worth it. It did clean our ceramic tiles very well. However we purchased it for the dirty grout. We are having a bit of a problem getting the grout clean but that may be due to the condition of the grout. The more we use it the cleaner the tile and grout get. We used this mop with Oxygen Bleach. We will see how it turns out and will report back after a few months of use.

My floors have these little "pits" in them. I used a brush to get "stuff" out of them..then mopped. Well, the H20Mop steamed everything out of little pits. My floor was sparkling. I am so pleased with my purchase. Instead of once a week (mopping)..I now mop twice a week. I liked almost everything about it. Only two comments: cord looked long but I had to unplug it and replug to do all of my kitchen. Also could use an on/off switch to save electricity. I didn't want to leave it on and had to step on the wet floor which left footprints.If I could have shut it off for the few minutes it took to dry I wouldn't have minded the short cord.
Well, my dog just ruined my clean, spot free floor by gettng a drink. He drips pretty bad, which is why I bought this in the first place. His water bowl gets moved today.

I tried it for the first time last week, right after I got it. My kitchen is medium size. At first I started to use it like a regular mop, which didn't work. After I got into it, It was cleaning my floor, but leaving water everywhere. I had to go back over it with a microfiber cloth to absorb the excesss water. I am hoping as I get used to it, it will get better. The floor is very clean and brighter than usual. I have to do my laminate next, I am a little reluctant. Can someone tell me how theres did on it. I am definetely keeping it though.

love it as I have rhumatoid arthritis. It is great, but does not get into real tight corners, you have to do them by hand if there is any thing that needs cleaned out. Drying is not immediate, it takes about 15 minutes to dry. Even with these, this mop is still a great help and I would buy it again unless someone could repeat it with improvements.

I really like this mop because it is easy to use and I do not have to worry about having cleaning chemicals on hand to use the H2O mop. The cord is long enough for the rooms in my house. The only draw backs and minor ones at that, are the water storage container needs to be refilled frequently, it is a little noisy, but not terrible. Multiple microfiber pads are definately needed if you plan on using it in more than one room during the same day because they get wet and soggy quickly.

I bought this based on the reviews. I always thought of myself as very clean until I used this on my bathroom and kitchen floors. Wow so much dirt came up! It's also okay on new carpet stains (I have 2 cats) but not so good on old ones (which is why I bought it). I had hoped this would be a cheap way to clean the carpets but it doesn't clean carpet well enough. Overall I'm pretty pleased.

My friend had a steam mop from another company. She told me how good it was. So I decided I wanted one. The one she has is discountined. So I got on line to look for one. I ran across you website and found the H20mop and it had more watts than hers. And I could receive it in a few days, so I ordered it. It came in I couldn't wait to use it. I used it on every floor I have. It was great. I even steamed the carpets. Because someone had borrowed my carpet shampooer. It did a ok job.
But I was really impressed in our shower. My husband is a mechinic and he gets our shower so greasy. I have cleaned it with alot of different products and it still has a grayish look. So I tried cleaning the floor of the shower with the H20 mop and it cut the grease. That impressed me. So I have told all my friends about this mop.

Well it works. But by no means does it work as well as the infomercial would have you believe. Simple to put together. Simple to set up. The first couple of minutes the floor dried almost instantly. After those first few minutes the cloth gets soaked from the steam and leaves as much water on the floor as a regular mop. To me that wasn't a deal breaker. It took what I wanted it to take off the floor and it cleaned under my counters where my regular mop wouldn't reach.
The best part is that it doesn't use chemicals. I have a 23 month old and I have a 3 month old who will be crawling in a few months. No chemicals is a good thing. Honestly though....a bucket of boiled water and a mop that's never been in contact with chemicals would accomplish the same thing.
I know the steam is supposed to 'sanitize' the floor,but, honestly the second you or a dog walks on it the germs are everywhere. They jumped on the eco-friendly band wagon and your paying a hefty price for it too! Also, the only REAL eco-friendly feature is that is uses less(A LOT less) water than a standard bucket/mop combo.

First time I used the H2O MOP, my floors shined.I had no chemical film. I used the H2O Mop on my area rug to clean up pet stains. The H2O Mop clean it right out of the rug. Sure beats scrubbing on my hands and knees. The H2O Mop make cleaning so much easier. I will never go back to the old way of mopping.

I USED MY H20 MOP FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST EVENING. I LOVED THE WAY MY FLOOR FELT UNDER MY FEET. SUCH A CLEAN FEELING. I WAS HESITANT TO USE ON MY HARDWOOD FLOOR, BUT NOW I WILL USE AS PART OF MY CLEANING RITUAL. IT'S GREAT FOR CLEANING OUR WOOD STOVE RESIDUAL SMOKE FROM THE WINTER USAGE, AND FIDO'S RESIDUAL ODORS AS WELL.

I love this product. I have emphysema, and I am trying to get away from using harsh chemicals. This machine cleans well. I have used it on all my bare floors, rugs, and upolstered furniture.
The cord could be a little longer, but outside of that, the machine is awesome.

I really like the washable/reusable mop cover pads. My floors get them filthy but they wash up nicely with chlorine cleach & detergent.
I bought several as spares!
Mop is easy to store in small coat closet.

I purchased this product in order to cut down on the expense of Swiffer pads, batteries and cleaner...a nice product...but...
This product was easy to get out of the box and assemble, it does put out a good/hot steam! The power cord is a wee-bit short for my liking though.
It does an excellent job of cleaning on tough carpet stains, for which I was quite surprised when it conquered some tough older ones!
I use this on all floors-got extra pad sets to use and have a couple of "spares". I use it mostly on my spare bathroom floor, where I have a doggie wee-wee pad set up for my two little chihuahua's...sometimes the little boy will miss and the steamer cleans and de-stains the area!
You must check your pads for NOT being too wet...the directions say so also...other than that the floors get clean and dry quickly.
This has already saved me the money I had hoped it would!!! So a short-term investment is already beginning to pay back it's dividends!

The mop does a great job cleaning the floors. The only problem was it was hard to move across the floor had to use a lot of pushing on the mop to get it to move. But i do like it.

The mop is light and easy to use, it steams quicky so you don't have to wait. It cleans very well, better than a regular mop and the cleaning pads pick up the dirt so you're not just pushing it around. the hot steam does dissoves some really tough spots that end up on your floor that you would normally have to scrub. My mom is buying one and I would recommend it to anyone.
