I bought this for our son's family to take to the beach. We were amazed when he took it out and just "unfolded" it and it was immediately set up and ready to use. The umbrella pole seemed short but we are guessing you have to mound the sand up then bury the pole. Instructions were not necessary but something should have been included regarding the set up of the umbrella.

we ordered this chair set to take with us to the concert in the park series for the summer. we loved that it had an umbrella with it. We loved the convience of the chairs but I would be willing to pay a little more for them to be a bit bigger to accomadate larger people. Also the zipper on the cooler was not sewn on completly. This product is very easy to set up and put away it takes seconds. We have used this product in our backyard by our playground while the kids play. I finally had a chance to use my folding chair set. It was very easy to set up. However, it is kind of heavy to carry around for long distances. I recommend putting it in your trunk. I had originally planned to carry it a few blocks from where I parked to the Taste of Chicago, but its weight just made it unfeasible. The colors are great, though, and the design is very useful. I like having a cooler built in between the 2 chairs.

I use the chair mainly for backyard summer barbeque's. It is easily transported from place to place and easy to set up. The umbrella is perfect for sun shade and the cooler compartment was handy as a "catch-all" for all my family needs even though I do not intend to use it as a cooler. The colors on the chair are beautiful. But when I received the chair, the condition was not really good. It seemed to be cheap made, and it had some tears and holes. But it was not enough to have me send it back. I was just a bit disappointed.

This is a great item. It folds out so quickly and worked well at the beach. I would agree with another reviewer, the chairs could be a little wider and the umbrella a little taller, but it is WELL worth the money. It easilly fit in the undercarriage of my baby stroller, another plus!

I bought two of these and a girl at work fell in love with it immediately and talked me out of one. Then someone else at work saw it and she had to get one for herself. This product is great! It goes up easily and is easy to fold back up and put in the tote bag. It is perfect for ballgames, the beach, fishing, anytime you are outside and need a chair.
