The only problem I had with this is that it does leak a little bit. Just make sure that it stays up right, which is a little difficult for kids school lunches.

Its a very handy item to have.

I heated my soup in the microwave and close the lid and let sit in the insulated mug and when I check after 3 hours my soup was still hot this will come in handy during the winter months to take soup for my lunch break at work
