My daughter likes to leave the butter out continously and it used to get all icky. Now the butter is covered, it looks extremely good, and does not get all the icky stuff that used to get on it.

I love the size of this butter dish. It holds two quarters of butter/margarine easily. The knob makes for ease and convenience in picking up the lid. The stainless steel is a great clean look.

A butter dish is that....a butter dish. I like the SS finish. You have to cut a stick of butter in half and put it side to side in the dish.

So far I have only used it to fit 1/2 lb butter sticks in.I will try the other one by using for cream cheese. The fact that I can put 2 sticks of butter in it is a great plus as I have looked everywhere for one of these and all I have found is for single sticks.There is nothing I dislike about this product.

Butter does not melt or get stale on counter. It is easy to access and keep on counter because of the lid.

Excellent butter dish, reminds me of the old one my mother used for everyday while I was growing up. It's extra wide too, holds two sticks of butter at a time. I'm very happy with this product, and the fact that it was on sale makes it all that much better.

I like the fact that this holds 2 sticks of butter at once, but it's a bit crowded. There was a cheap look to the sheen, but not too noticeable when it's on the table. I am keeping it, because it won't hurt the usefulness of the product, and I am using it for everyday. All in all, it's OK, but I wouldn't get my hopes up of getting something great if you are ordering it. Also-- and this is no big deal--the top was loose, but easily tightened. I still like it better than the butter dishes I have...they are glass which breaks easily on a tile floor, and forget about those plastic butter dishes that requires two hands to manage. I do love the top of this butter dish.

This is a very practical addition to my kitchen since everything is stainless steel in there. I can put it on the table when I have guests without worrying that it is tacky looking. Every now and then you have to tighten the screw in the handle but otherwise, it's a very handy butter dish
