I've ordered this twice and each time it comes with the cutting blade missing for the aluminum roll. [...]. The transparent wrap cutter is great (has a blade) but the aluminum cutter has come without a blade and just creases the aluminum wrap, does not cut it.

Easy installation, handy device. Works really well, however, the cutter for the aluminum foil storage device has to be pushed down hard while sliding in order to cut the aluminum. Otherwise it just makes a grove. Ever so slightly larger roller and/or a metal strip behind would create a better scissor action.
