Comments about LifeStyles Crisper Pan:

We tried the pan for the first time last night using sweet potato fries. Ususally these are kind of disappointing because they would not crisp evenly. This pan worked great and we got nice crisp non greasy sweet potato fries. Label on pan suggests 350 degrees but the package on the fries said 450. We found that 350 was a little low but once we bumped it up to about 400, the fries cooked quickly and very crispy.

Comments about LifeStyles Crisper Pan:

Wanted to eliminate use of Deep Fryer for Frozen French Fries. Using the cooking instructions on the package (French Fries), had wonderful crispy fries and no oil! Makes for healthy, fat free side for steak, burger, etc. No more messy oil pan to clean, expensive peanut oil/vegetable to
purchase. My granddaughter age 3 is highly allergic to nuts/peanuts, now I can make her fries when she visits. Her chicken nuggets are also crisp much better than microwave or fry pan preparation.

We are senior citizens. We have to watch fats in our diet. We also have many grandchildren who love chicken nugets, strips, etc., also french fries, fish sticks, egg rolls, and tator tots.
The crisper pan makes for an easy meal when they
visit. Well pleased with it.

I used this for the first time last night. Sprayed the pan with cooking spray, cut up white potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and onions. Baked them at 350 for about 45 minutes. They turned out perfectly. Very low fat way to cook potatoes.

Comments about LifeStyles Crisper Pan:

This crisper pan is a handy thing to have in the kitchen. I have 2 main uses for it, the first being cooking home-made french fries in the oven instead of frying them. Not only are the fries more healthy when baked in the oven with this, the crispiness is easy to control whether you like them barely crisp or majorly crisp. For the same reason, I use it to bake sliced potatoes and certain vegetables. I also use it to reheat pizza and some fried foods that have gotten too cool for whatever reason, like fried zucchini or okra. The pan itself is a generous (though not overly so) size (I can make enough baked fries for 4 people easily), and it's a good weight and is well constructed, with the holes just the right size. The ridges in the crisper pan mean if there is any oil or grease on your food, it falls below the food so the food itself doesn't sit and get soggy in it. It's a very handy item that I'm glad I have, and the price feels right for the item's quality and usefulness.
