My family seems to go through many bowls every day. We use them for everything from breakfast to dinner. The price for these 8 bowls caught my eye, and I love sets that come in various colors. I thought they might not be of great quality for the price, but I was soon proved wrong. I think these are a great value, attractive, vibrant colors, and fit easily into the dishwaher.

I bought these because I wanted a good set of large cereal/soup bowls. They are rather large, a little larger than I will use for cereal, but they are great for my husband to eat soup in, as he eats larger portions than I. I am not crazy about the colors though. I would have liked it better if there were only 4 good colors, and 2 each, or at least a set that the colors complemented each other. I didn't feel that these did that, too much contrast. A nice set of primary colors, or pastels would have been great, but there was too much mix in this set.
I would recommend to someone who wanted a set of good sturdy bowls, and didn't mind the color scheme.

A gift for son starting out on his own, these bowls hold a can of soup, a 1/4 box of cereal, and whatever else the kid used to eat at home...HE LOVES THEM...now he can learn the cost of filling them all on his own! =0)
They are sturdy, both sink and dishwasher safe, came in all different colors (cause you know he is going to break one) and nothing is going to be in a nice matching set for someone starting out. He thinks this is the greatest bowl EVER...and well...so does mom! Ordered on line and had them shipped right to his door.

I like these bowls. They're a bit heavy for a child but adults should have no problem. The heft helps to keep the heat inside the bowl (soups, chili, etc.) saving your hands/fingers from burning. I would have preferred being able to choose 1 color, but over all the bowls serve their purpose quite well. Great value for the price!

These bowls have solved the problem of quickly heating a can of soup & filling up my teen's stomach. He says that he only has to refill these bowls once to get full in the morning vs. the 4-5 times with our old bowls. Even better, I can put an entire can of soup in these bowls, pop it into the microwave, & in two minutes I have a quick & healthy lunch with no fuss & no big mess!

As has been stated by others, the colors are not as bright as "primary" colors, but they still have a nice tone to them. My kids like these for cereal and ice cream. I like them because they're not "matchy-matchy". I've changed my kitchen from the old standard of everything the same to everything different, but coordinated. These fit in nicely.

These bowls are great - I served a casual meal in one for my friend and she had to have them too! (My burgundy bowl came broken and has never been replaced, but hers all came intact) I also used several of them as serving dishes on our Easter dinner table filled with olives, pickles, etc. It looked so cheery and fun!!
