the website shows an "AROMA" brand toaster oven, but the product that I received does not have a brand marked on it. It looks like it is a generic product or a look alike of "AROMA" that is sold on this site. It is working as expected so far, but the product shown on this site being different from what is shipped is misleading and misrepresented. If the brand is not visible from the picture shown on the site, I might not have ordered one.

We find that the toaster part isn't quite up to others. Tends to take a little longer and not toast quite as well but does work fine for us.

I love this toaster oven, its great! it does it all, bakes, broils and has a larger size toaster on top. i've used it several times and had no problems what so ever! i have not used the baking feature, not much of a baker. i bought it on sale and i would of been just as pleased if i payed full price.

I use it everyday, this is my second one, that's how much I love it! It's very hardy can take a lot of use....but, is difficult to clean. It would be better if the chrome were "brushed!"

Instruction manual does not tell you how to set controls so that the broiler unit does not come on when you are baking. I understand that it may come on when it is heating to the desired temperture, but it should not continue to come on when you are baking. You can not BAKE with the broiler on. The top of what ever you are baking burns before it is done. If there is a way to do this I would like to know.
