This is a great blanket. I also bought a King size and cut it in half for two twin bunk beds...mistake as it wasn't truly wide enough. Plenty long though!

When you wash, wash it alone, use cold water to keep the color better. Lots of cotton fibres get lost in the washer/dryer filters and cling to other things. Don't wash it with the sheets unless they are the same color! Lots of pills end up on garments so stick it with other cotton blankets of the same color or you'll be sorry. Make sure to dry it in a dryer to tighten up the weave although air dried outside smells really nice!

Always offer this blanket so I can find one I'm able to bring home!

I just got these blankets yesterday and was shocked to read the washing instructions "line dry". Would have been nice if they told you that ahead of time. It was made in India, which my experience screams shrinkage! I ignored the washing instructions and put it in the dryer on low anyway. It did shrink (lengthwise mostly) but is still usable. It is nice and soft and breathes well. I like the blanket just be forewarned it will shrink some.

Nice weave, good weight blanket that is very well made, however it runs small. I ordered the full/queen for queen size bed and ended up giving it to my daughter for her smaller bed and reordering a king size for my queen bed.

Be careful when drying/ overflowed the lint filter, also shrunk from king to a double bed size. even though it was washed in cold water. Like the color sage.

This blanket is heavy, not like the usual thermal blankets that don't give much warmth and pull easily. Also the borders are reinforced, not just covered with a piece of satin ribbon. This blanket will last.

I think this is a great blanket for the price. It's not soft, but it is 100% cotton and should get softer over time with repeated washings. The only weird thing about the blanket was there there was a fairly large, dried out bug squished into the weave when it arrived. I am about to run it through a wash and see how much it shrinks.

I got the blanket to match a quilt on my bed. Which it does beautifully. The color is true to the catalog. The texture is lovely. It is just what I was looking for, so I will keep it.
But..... several points off for the first time you wash it. It sheds terribly!! The lint screen on the drier was packed! Gosh knows how much of it went down the drain in the washer. I made the mistake of washing my favorite pair of fluffy socks with it. They were ruined! Too many little flecks of the blanket stuck to them to make them wearable again. (Black socks, lavendar blanket!)Since I haven't quite recovered from the first washing, I haven't tried to wash it again. But if I do, I will be sure to wash it by itself and definitely not with anything else! So I would say buy this blanket if you love colorful, cotton, waffle texture blankets. But by all means the first time around definitely wash it by itself.

This blanket works great under a comforter or by itself in the summer. It washes well with little shrinkage. the only drawback was I ordered the silver and the blanket is more of a beige.

I use this blanket spread as a lightweight topper for my son's bed. It is very soft and comfortable but it is too short from top to bottom. It hangs very well on both sides but is MUCH too short top to bottom.

I ordered red for bunk beds. The red is really bright and slightly off from the bright red you usually see in today's decor. This is more like bright red from Grandma's 1970's christmas decor. Year round I'll just use this as a blanket to layer under comforters, but in the summer I wanted something lightweight that matched the decor and united the two bunk beds while the comforters are in the closet for the season. I'll wash them on warm a few times and hopefully that will take the edge off a bit. Other than the red color, the blanket is great - perfect size & quality and the boys really like them.

I bought two of these because of the great price. The primrose color however seems to be a bit lighter than the ocean blue I have. It isn't made the same way. But for the price, it is still a great throw. Washes easily, but I do find they tend to start pulling after quite a few washes.

Love this blanket. Live in Southern California. It's hot at night, but sometimes it's a little cool. This blanket is very light but good for when you need more than a sheet. During our CA "winters" I will just add the other one I got in green. There were so many colors to choose from I couldn't decide which color to choose. The colors were very bright and pretty. I got a king, though my bed is a queen, but the 100% cotton might shrink. The king really isn't that big anyway.

I would recommend ordering the next size up from what you really need....I anticipated the shrinkage & ordered a king for my queen bed...that was brillant because it did shrink to fit just right...it also seems to "pill" onto my sheets a bit...that may end after more washings...other then that it is worth the money & an attractive/functional item....

These long-wearing all-cotton blankets are "must haves"! There are enough color choices to surely suit everyone and they are so cozy! They are nice enough to be a light weight summer bed spread, especially nice for a johnny-on-the-spot guest room. These blankets are very handy and usable all during the year, regardless of the climate. I love mine and plan on getting more of them. Very worth the money. Nothing beats real cotton for comfort.

I bought a king size and I am really pleased that the blanket fits. My bed is one of those with the thick mattress and usually things are to short or not enough over hang but this has plenty of over hang and is so soft and comfortable that it can be used right out of the package.

This is a nice cotton blanket. Not too heavy or too light. The colors are bright and fun. I got the purple and the light blue and both look as they did on the screen. I would recommend this if you are looking for an inexpensive blanket to add warmth to a bed or as we are using to sit on the end of the bed if needed for extra warmth.

I had bought 2 of these blankets, and a friend liked them so much I had to get her one. As a bed spread, it is light enough to be comfortable, but warm without being bulky. Much better then fighting with a comforter. I keep one on the sofa for cool evenings. Easy to wash. But it does snag easily, though.

I receive this blanket as a free deal with BH...and absolutely love it! I got the "gold" color and it's true to the color. I use it in my master bedroom it keeps me from using my nice comforter that's meant for decoration only...It's great in the spring/summer as it's not too thick or too thin...it's just right...in the winter months it kept me warm and cozy along with a sheet...I guess it all depends on your cold/hot nature... The only con I had is after the first wash...there was alot of of lint balls in my bed that I had to brush off for a couple days which I wasn't happy about...no biggie...and eventually that went away after a few more washes. I'll definitely purchase more one for my son and another for my sitting room...just hope in the future they will solve the lint issue.

the only thing I have found wrong is when the blanket is first washed the lint that comes off is out of control. Held up very well in the wash just make sure to check your lint filter after it's done drying.

I have this blanket on my bed now and I love it. I liked it so much that I order two more in different colors. The only negative is that it produces a lot of lint balls even after washing. I hopes this stops after I have washed it a couple of more times.

What a great price on a large and warm blanket - I bought 2 for downstairs so my man and I can both cuddle up on the sofa in the winter. We are both 6 ft + tall, so we appreciate bed-sized blankets (throws just don't cut it) and so they are big enough to fold and stay under in our cool, but not freezing, CA winters. I bought red and they really bled in the washer, but the color still seems to hold up after. They are a knit so kitty claws will pull them after a while, but they are good quality and look nice.

As I live in a warmer climate, this is a perfect blanket for year-round usage. It is my husband's favorite blanket. He likes the cotton feel. (Fleece blankets are too "fluffy" for him.) I really like the feel and weight of the blanket. I washed it before the first use and there was lots of lint. My one big problem was I ordered blue and received a purple blanket. When I called customer service to ask about it they told me the blanket I had was the blue one. That when I ordered it purple wasn't even available. Maybe it wasn't available but this one sure is purple not even close to blue.

This is the type of blanket I love. With a waffle weave it warms you right up on the coldest nights. It was a bit stiff out of the packaging but one wash with a fabric softener it felt very comfortable. I would definitely buy another.

I like the color of this blanket and was quite pleased when I got it. Then I washed it and it left a lot of thick lint in the washer. I hope this is only because it is the first time washing, but if it continues to do this, I might not have a blanket soon! I had to use a paper towel to clean out the washer after it was done spinning. Well, I just finished drying it and the amount of lint in the dryer was like an inch thick! I really like the color and texture a lot and it matches perfectly with the room decor so I hope it doesn't eventually disappear while washing and drying!.

The quality could have been better. I preferred a blanket that is softer, and tight woven. The material is coarse, heavy, and you can see through it. However, the blanket is usuable. I picked the gold, which is very nice year-round shade. The rich color blends well with reds, greens, and beige. I've grown to like it.

I have the blanket on my bed now and it seems nice enough especially for the price. But when I washed it before using it, oh! my goodness! Lint everywhere. I had to wipe out the washer and then empty the dryer lint filter twice! I bought three of these for gifts and you can be sure I will wash them and soften them before I wrap them. The colors are very vivid and true to the picture. I bought a king size for my queen bed and I am glad I did. I would recommend this blanket for the price but would warn others about the lint!

I have three of these blankets, in different colors for each of my bedrooms. I like them very much because they are not too heavy. Sometimes in winter I get too hot at night. THis blanket is perfect for a "second" blanket over my comforter. It's not really the warmest blanket out there, but that's what I want. It's great for spring/summer too, because I can use it as a light cover and not get overheated. This blanket won't replace your down comforter, but is a nice extra addition to your bed.

The color isn't really primrose in my mind, but a red brick. Great weight and they don't wrinkle much after sitting in the dryer. My boys love them. The woven pattern dresses them up enough to be used as a beadspread. This makes it easier for them to make their beds.
