I love how this tub mat fits in with my bathroom decor, all mocha, cream and beige pink tiles. But the best thing is the size. This mat is a little narrower than others I've used. We have an original beige pink tub from the 60's that is much smaller than today's tubs. Were people that much smaller then? This fits in with my slightly retro decor and my tiny decorating budget.

I use the tub mat in my stall shower. The round shower mat is not big enough. The tub mat is not wide enough. Other than that, this is the best mat I've ever used. It drains well, because of the "pebbles". There should be two sizes of tub mat. One regular, and one extra wide for a tub shower.

I use this mat in the bathtub and it does not slip when you step into the tub. It doesn't slip around while showering even when its a kid. Very soft underfoot and gives a nice foot massage while showing. Love the look but the plastic smell is over whelming. I even put it out doors for 3 days before putting it into the tub. Then I used a cleanser on it but it still smells.. I've used it for about a month and you still get the smell ... not as strong as a new one but I would hesitate on buying another one for the second bathroom... I give it a high rating because it stays stuck and does not slip around. I would recommend it to a friend but would advise about the smell.

Have combination tub/shower & gets very slippery when soapy. I've fallen several times while showering and the mat truly prevents that & gives me a feel of security from slipping. It's a beautiful product. It's cushy and comfortable and I do like it, mostly. There are a couple of small negatives for me. Number one is the smell when you first get it. I had to air it out in the outdoors for 2 days, the "rubber" odor was really strong and two weeks later, it still has a strong scent in my bathroom. I'm sure it will dissipate in time. The other somewhat negative, is that when you use shampoo or use conditioner, be sure and rinse the mat thoroughly, or it will collect in the mat and become slippery.

I love the way this bathmat looks in the tub. I own the blue one, and it has a nice "ocean-look" to it. The texture of the mat also feels nice on your feet. The only thing is that sometimes(depending on the type of soap I use) it can get a little bit slippery when the soap washes off onto it. Oddly, this does not happen with all soaps. In fact, for some reason, I find that it happens most often when I use bar soap. But, if you just take the shower head and rinse the soap off the mat as you rinse yourself off, it is no longer slippery. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased two of these mats for my master bath as well as my RV which has a full sized shower in it. Thus far I have only used the mat in my RV and although it is the perfect color and look, I find that after several uses, the suction cups still do not wish to fully adhere to the shower stall floor. I am not slipping around in the shower, however, the mat does move about. I am hoping that soon the suction cups will all grap appropriately. Otherwise, it is perfect for my wants and wishes!

I read the reviews prior to purchasing this, and as some of them said, it is a bit smaller than normal, but it works. It actually works perfectly for our shower because we have a center drain, and my last shower mat did not allow the water to go down the drain. I bought three of these mats (two in blue, one in amber) for our tubs. They are attractive, soft, have a good grip, and my toddler loves to sit on it at bathtime. The only drawbacks are the size (they cover only a few feet at the center of the tub) and their transparency (the river rock image is somewhat damaged because you can see the circular suction cup through each "stone"). The size is adequate to cover most of the area a bather stands on while showering, but know before ordering that although the picture in one of the catalogs makes it appear that the mat extends from just in front of the drain to the back of the tub. This is not so. Check the dimensions to see if it will work for you. The mats are attractive and comfortable, and I am happy with mine.

I bought this for my bathtub, to use as a shower mat. I love it. It looks so pretty, and functions very well.
The only thing I would say I didn't like about it is the fact that it does not cover the whole tub, but most shower mats do not. It covers about half, and I put it in the middle, so it's ok.
I really do like it, it was a great value for the money!

I ordered the brown one and it will do well. The color changes a lot and picks up whatever it's near. Some times it looks smokie, sometimes purple and sometimes brown.

This river pebble bath and shower mat is not only the nicest one I have ever seen, but it is pretty, stays in place so I never have to worry about falling. I love it.

I like it because there are rust stains that won't go away on the bottom of my tub, so it looks good for company, but on a daily basis, it hurts my feet.

I really like this product but the picture is VERY misleading. It looks like it covers most of the bottom of the tub. Well that picture must be of two mats. This is a little high for the size. My bad for not reading the dimensions before buying, but otherwise it is a great mat. We have a slightly textured tub but with all the suction cups on the bottom, it grips it like a champ. And I love the cushiony feel under foot when I shower. I just wish it had been bigger for the price.

This mat is great. It looks great and feels great against my feet. The color is vibrant. The only thing I would add is that it could come in a larger size and one of the color choices would be a multicolor stone. Otherwise, I love it. I loved it so much, I would cover my whole bathroom floor with it. BrylaneHome, you have some awesome products and this qualifies as one.

This looks great in my shower. I tried one of those shower mats that look/feel like grass. What a nightmare to clean...catches EVERYthing, which could be a blessing, but I cursed everytime I cleaned it. This shower mat is wonderful. Could be a little bit longer, but it does the job.

This mat really holds onto tub without being to bulky. Its extremely soft on your feet and very attractive. My only complaint is that it could be a little longer.

I like the mat, it is very attractive. However, the tiny sunction cups do not hold very well when the tub is filled. I find I have to keep pushing it down at the front end while I'm in the tub. Otherwise, it is functional and makes taking a bath more comfortable "you know where".

I really like the way the bathmat looks but I was very disappointed in the size of the mat. It wasn't worth what I had to pay. The width is alright but it really needs to be longer. It is very comfortable, just not worth the price.

I purchased this to put in my RV shower so the size is okay. For a regular shower it would be too short. They make these for sinks and you cut to size. They are great for that use.

Products great. However I ordered two of the same color (clear) and got one blue and one clear. We use both in a tub so my son won't slip. My color blind husband didn't catch it until he had cut the blue one to cover the entire bottom of tub! Works great though, definitely stays put. We just have two colors in our tub!

This mat is very nice looking and works great in my garden tub. I bought 2 so as to have one for the guest bath as well. The multiple suction cups on the bottom allow it to grip right away, which was great since my daughter wanted to try it out right away. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because it is a little smaller than I was expecting. Other than that, its a very nice looking and functional bath mat.

I have the mat in my tub/shower it is very stylish the blue color is lovely, but it does slip around some in my tub. It needs to be wider to reach side to side in the tub.

i of course use this as a inside the bath mat. at first i thought it was uncomfortable but as i got accustomed to it i like the way it feels. i am a diabetic and this really helps my feet.

This mat does not cover as much tub space as the picture shows. It is not quite as comfortable as the bubble type mats, but it looks nicer.

Loved the look and the feel of the mat, however it is way too small. You still have to be very careful of geeting in and out of the tub as the mat only covers either one end or a small space if you place in the middle of the tub.

This item grips very well...stays put, however I purchased the clear color and it's beginning to turn yellow around the edges. I believe it's worth the price, I will get another color the next time.

It's cute but a little on the small size for the price, and it doesn't stick well to my tub (a very old porcelain clawfoot). Maybe it would stick better in a newer tub. But it's useable for me and it does look cute so I'd give it a thumbs up.

This mat is nice sized and actually quite attractive. Soft and pliable. Very comfortable to stand on, no slippage. I would definitely buy another one! It arrived very, very quickly too.
